Dear sir/dear madam,
We would like to inform you that dated on 13/04/2016 we have purchased new split ac - 5 star (1.5 ton). Model no: rac518kwd.
Regretfully states that 3 times service engineer came to rectify the problems but still not resolved.
Problems are:
1) ice deposition in fins
2) water coming out from compressor.
Last complaint logged on 10.06.2016 and complaint number is [protected].
We have complaint may times to distibutor as well mr. Prabhu (Head engineer - hitachi in kanpur) on cell number [protected]. But no one is bothering to resolve the issue as cutumer is suffering. As per company rules need to replace the ac by new one as it is being not repaired even thrice servicing it means any major defect in this item.
Invoice details are also enclosed herewith.
