I bought hitachi split 1.5 ton AC in 08 march 2021. AC gas ran out after 2 months. AC gas leakaged due to untrained technician who installed the AC.My air condition was run only 2 months in last year.I turn ON AC on 18 April 2022 and saw ac was not cooling. How it is possible that gas leaked 2 times in only 1 year.i have two more ACs in my house which are working fine since 3 years and no gas leaking problem in them.
I have raisd complained of AC cooling on 20 April 2022 but no technician is come at my home to check my ac. I have raised complianed 4 times but all times i have received message your request is cancellation because we are unable to contact you untill i don't received any call from hitachi service center.I also attached the screenshot of complaint track request.
We are extremely disappointed by the level of service Hitachi is providing. The service personnel lack skills and trouble shooting, for sure they are sub contracted!
I'm highly disappointed by the terrible customer service of Hitachi and have already wasted a lot of time on calls with the customer care. I want you to provide a resolution to this ASAP Was this information helpful? |
