Hi. I have recently purchased the most expensive ac from hitachi - a 1.5 ton split 5 star inverter ac. However after few months a minor problem of dripping water from indoor unit crept in. I was aware about the hitachi app so i registered a complaint online.
Now it has been a week since that and i am surprised that no body has actually reached out to me even to have a first level conversation. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care. These are a bunch of robots who have one standard reponse (If by any chance you get through the ivr) "somebody will reach out to you asap".
I want to ask the hitachi guys... Whats your tat for a service complaint??? Do i need to wait for winters to get this sorted??? Please enlighten me. - if by any chance you care reading this post, please dig out my details from my complaint number — [protected]. Regards ashish.
