Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Non-response to the repeated complaints | |||||
I purchased one 3 door hitachi refrigerator vide invoice no. Bbs/sa/1516/09737 dated 20.03.2016 and it was installed by the company technicians. Just after 20 days of installation, i noticed some kind of burning smell from the power connecting plug/wire and i made complain for cheking. The company technician visited and advised me to change the burnt plug point and i did the same. Still i got the smell and made repeated complains in the web number. About more than a dozen mail complaints sent to the company were returned undelivered and failure. My repeated complaints to the manager service, head service and to the executive director, vide complain no.[protected] could not be solved so far.
