Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Not providing regular service during 1 year warranty period | |||
One split ac was installed by the company on 13.06.2015. During the one year period ending 12.06.2016 the company has provided only one service. I have registered 2 service requests-one no.[protected] on 09.05.2016 and the other no. [protected] dt. 17.05.2016 but not a single personnel has attended my ac till today i. E. 20.05.2016. My telephonic contacts also did not yield any result. My complaint sent via e-mail (Customercare @hitachi-hli.com) is not being received by their server. Was this information helpful? | |||
