Hitachi service request no. is [protected]
On 5th July, 2021, I bought an Hitachi AC whose gas was leaked after 10 days. Technician came and refilled gas and said it will not be leaked next time. But After 1 month only, it was leaked again.
This year, it been twice that the gas was leaked. On 4th June 2022, I have raised complaint and on forcing Technician to check properly, he show me the leakage in out unit condenser. He told me that is in warranty and will be replaced within 5 days.
Now, its 10 days, no part is changed yet.
I called Hitachi customer support ([protected]). Support agent told me that they cannot help on this as they only creates new request and give updates. He suggest me to call technician or service center.
I called technician (+[protected] and he gave me service center contact number (+[protected]
service center told me if I want to get more update I need to call support.
So, they are putting me in a loop and not wanted to replace it.
