I have Hitachi 1.5 ton split AC (model - RSD318EAEA) and it's an outdoor unit was not working. The technician checked this and got to know that its PCB is got damage and needs to be replaced. So I have been talking to Hitachi support and no resolution has been done for this issue. As per this forum, I have sent the mail on "hitachiindia.[protected]@gmail.com" and the details with the issue but looks still my problem not solve.
Hitachi has very very very poor product and service and the way this issue is getting handle by the team so far, Now I am wondering I should not buy Hitachi product due to poor product performance and no service at all.
Hitachi team member said that we do not have that PCB to replace and we can fix existing PCB but it will be 50-50 chance. If that work you have to pay 9000 rs and does not work still you have to pay 3000 rs and technician charges will be paid extra.
I bought this Hitachi junk in Feb 2018 in 45k. I am not able to understand what kind of product Hitachi is making cause as far I read on the internet I have seen hundreds of issue on your PCB. This is really surprising that a global company like Hitachi are making such a poor product and have such a poor service even in a big city. Was this information helpful? |
