Mr. Mr vishal marar, satish nair and rajesh nagari are you guys listening to your customer complain. At least have the courtesy to reply to the email when you have given the option of "connect to management". Every time getting the same old reply and no action and resolution given to the customer. 3 times i have approached you guys but no resolution has been provided except a templated email response.

It was really strange to see that a company like hitachi can deliver such a malfunction product.

I purchased 1 ton 5 star hitachi dc inverter ac on 29th oct, 2016 from yash electronics in airoli, navi mumbai. The product was delivered to me on 31st oct, 2016 and the installation done on 2nd nov, 2016. During the installation 2 local boys came stating that they are from hitachi. They came around 2:00 pm and start the installation process. Neither were they carrying extra cooper wire nor eth drainage pipe. They took 3 hours to complete the installation which was not at all perfect. Because another person name sarfaraj came around 5 pm with the cooper wire and found that there is a leakage in the indoor system. He tried to fix the same. Later on it was discovered the motor for the swing blade also not working. Them let the system as it is by 6:30 pm stating that they will log a complain.

I tried to run the ac at night for 4 hours at a temp of 24 degree c but there was no cooling. Might be because the leakage during the initial phase of installation.

Strange part is when i called the customer care to log a complain; i found the model no in your system and the model which was deliver to me was different.

After paying 44, 000 rs if i am getting ac which has following problems then it’s better to cancel the product and go for other brand:

1) model number is different: rau512awea (Delivered) rau014hnd (In the system)

2) swing blade motor not working

3) no cooling

4) untrained technician who does not even check the air pressure

5) untrained technician who does not even check the leakage

6) today again the ac is getting switched off automatically after 5 sec

I have purchased hitachi ac keeping in mind they are the best with their product & service. But i was wrong. Since last 7 month since i have purchased i have faced n number of issues. Check my complain logs from last 6 months.

Since friday i have launched a complaint [protected] that from indoor unit water is flowing and every time i called up the customer care they say"engineer is on it way. Even the supervisor named mahesh informed us the same. Sunday is a off day and from monday we will not be available before 7 pm and your engineer works from mon to sat from 10 to 7 pm. So now can you please justify when your engineer will come and rectify the same.

It's really a pathetic service by hitachi. Never expected that after paying some amount customer has to face problem in the 1st 7 months of its purchase. If required please ask an engineer to visit tomorrow and get this sorted.

I am writing to inform that i want a completely new replacement of this product asap, with properly trained resources who know the installation.

Its really a unpleasant experience. People don't know what is the background and they keep on calling. Right now got a call from a lady [protected] was so rude. When i asked her what about my replacement issue, she replied"uppar baath kigiye". This is how i am getting treated from hitachi. I am repeating again, my current problem is solved but i want a replacement of the system because in last 7 months of purchase i faced the following issues:

1) swing motor was not working on the day of installation: got replaced in a week
2) leakage done by engineer while installation due to which no cooling was there: got rectified in a weeks time
3) remote was not working and no display coming: got replaced in a weeks time
4) water pouring from the inlet : on 8th july and got solved on 11th july

Tell me, as a middle man after paying 50, 000 why i should under go these kind of issues from day one. Its just 7 months and these many issues taken place. As of now all my issues are solved but i don't want to keep this system because of the number of issues i faced.

Lat week i got a call from alak - [protected], who asked me to talk to head of the engineer from ahmadabad. Big talks from hitachi... From head of service eng from ahmadabad that sr. Eng will visit to your place on sunday 23rd july and the we will check for the replacement.. No calls no one visit... This is how u treat your customers... Even heads of hitachi are like that. I completely lost the trust in hitachi now, where they don't know customer issue, don't know to keep their words and don't know how to speak to customers.

Its a humble request to you please get the system replaced.

Looking forward to a positive resolution for the same.
