Dear Concerned, It is really ridiculous that I have been contacting you for last 4-5 days but nothing has happened. As earlier I informed you that I have not got any update. The frustration level is very high. I did not expect to such a Brand i.e. Hitachi. But, it is really shameful and embarrassing for me that I have chosen such brand in which no one cares for their customer. Very bad experience with Hitachi and it shows that you are not more interested in your business and I will never recommend anyone for opting Hitachi..
