Hello, we are extremely disappointed by the level of service Hitachi is providing. The service personnel lack skills and trouble shooting, for sure they are sub contracted!
Our window AC has been having issues, we were able to lodge a complaint after multiple attempts on the 29th March and your sub contracted service personnel visited our place & changed the Mother Board in a jiffy on 30th March 2022 (which I dont feel was required), of course we were charged 6k since this is an out of warranty case.
Ever since that day we have been having issues after issues, he replaced the mother board again, yet the compressor keeps tripping and will only start at its own will. Clearly the solution is not working and on reaching out to the service guy we get vague answers.
We have lost patience and do not wish to contact him again. Can someone capable from the Hitachi India Team resolve this?
Also your call centres are a nightmare, the way agents talk and how calls are handled can surely blow one's top! Your website doesn't even allow to submit a complaint as the Submit button is not working.
Its peak summers and this looming unresolved issue is not helping at all.
