[Resolved]  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Refrigerator

II buy a Hitachi refrigerator model no : ( R-VG540PND7-GGR) from lotus electronic Bilaspur dated 13/05/2020 payment through hdfc credit card, they was delivered me 1st damaged refrigerator then after 12 days they will replaced with another one dated (25/05/2020) when I seated in store for 3-4 hours, after 15-20 days my replced machine is starting given problem with cooling and waterflo from bottom of the refrigerator and start freezing in internal body and stuf then I will log complaint in Hitachi service via online, then after 2-3 days technician was come at my place and check the refrigerator and told that shut down refrigerator for 4 hours then call me and I will come and set the refrigerator again after that I call him but nothing response. then another lockdown was start in our city for 2 weeks, after lockdown I call him again so he disconnected my call.then I log complaint again via Hitachi website, after 1-2 days another technician came and told as before then we call him again but he was also not responding, after that I called lotus electronic Bilaspur store and briefing all problems but they told me please contact the service centre, after that I contact lotus customer care and I told them whole things, they will log complaint in Hitachi service behalf of me and then again whole thing is repeated right now my refrigerator is not working and I feel completed cheated and harassed by both Hitachi and lotus electronic. I don't want any kind of part replacement in my new refrigerator I want complete replacement with new one

I talk 100's of times to your costumer care executives, your area head manager, local service centre but nothing is changed you guys only talk nothing take action regarding my refrigerator.
