I'm Simran from Ahmedabad city. We've purchase a Hitachi Refrigerator almost 4-5 years ago from a local authorized store. I've attached the fridge's photos. Recently, since last 2 months, we've been facing some issues of cooling in it. As a result, since then, we've contacted to all the service contact numbers. These numbers are listed on the following websites where we can approach the contact numbers for service support. These numbers also include the numbers mentioned on the google maps for the service centers present in our Ahmedabad city.

We've been calling each of these numbers since then. Some of these numbers are inactive. In case of active numbers, oftentimes, nobody picks up our calls and other times they pick the calls and after listening to our service requirement, they will say that soon a technician from their side will contact us. But we haven't received any call from their technician till now even when we've repeatedly called them again and again.
One of their technicians did came last month twice just to evaluate the issue of cooling and both the times he claimed that he requires a special tool to fix the refrigerator so he will visit us again and also will bring that special tool on his next visit. But he never came till date. Since then he also stopped picking our calls. In both of his visits, he charged us Rs. 500/- just for his visiting charges and did nothing for fixing the refrigerator. 2 weeks ago, by luck, one another technician from Hitachi (Mr. Sanjay Prajapati: [protected]) did picked our call and committed to visit us in the evening to solve the refrigerator issue. Then, as expected, he didn't come. When we called him in the late evening to follow up regarding his commitment, he didn't respond to our repeated calls.
Last week, we also emailed to the Hitachi customer care email id ([protected]@jci-hitachi.com) and got an automated reply mail (screenshot attached) which mentions that a representative would contact us within 2 working days. Its been a week since then but nobody from Hitachi responded.
After all this, we're so much disappointed by such pathetic service from such a well known company like Hitachi. We feel abandoned by Hitachi's service executives. After getting immensely frustrated by such disservice from Hitachi, I'm writing this complaint. I hope that the concerned person from Hitachi takes swift action after reading my complaint.
