Dear sir/ mam I had registered a complaint against my refrigerator as it is not working. They told me that ur executive will visit in 48 hrs and solve ur problem but it is very pathetic on ur part that there is no response even after 4 days I dont expect this type of service from such a reputed company. Hitachi company is the worst company i had deal in my entire life. Ur call center executive don't know anything.
