I have hitachi ac my ac is not cooling properly thats why i had complained to customer care 3rd (Friday) 2016 of june they told me that there technician contact me within 48 hr bt now 192 hr but till now they not contacted me regarding this. Regularly i had called to customer care on 3rd june 7the june 8th june 9the june customer care repeated only two things 1st one is srry sir and 2nd one is as soon as possible. I told to customer care can you forward my call to the senior they dont transfer. They gave me manager number but those number is switch off ([protected], [protected]).
