[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Requesting for replacement of defective split ac | |||||
I had purchased a split ac 1.5tr hitachi tousi 3200f rau317kwd split ac, invoice no me/sal/may/0915/17-18 from matri electronics (Andul new market. P. O.-andul howrah-711302) on 6th may 2017. From the date of installation, i had faced a lot of problems, after one hour running on 6/5/2017 the light of the a/c blinks 2-3 times and automatically off. After that the ac is not working. I have also registered one complain on hitachi on 7/5/2017 (Breakdown req-[protected]). After my complain an engineer came and after inspection, he told that power pcb circuit is damaged. On 10/5/2017 the same engineer changed the power pcb. After 4 hours running the light of the filter clean blinks and automatically off. I have also registered one complain on hitachi on 13/5/2017 (Breakdown req-[protected] and [protected]). After my complain two engineer came on 15/5/2017 and after inspection, they told that voltage problem. You should buy one stablizer. Then i bought one stabilizer from sen & pandit electronics pvt. Ltd. On 16/5/2017. After 2 days (4 hours+4 hours) running the light of the filter clean blinks and automatically off. After facing so many problems, i think that the product is defective. I had complained a several times in the hitachi customer care which they attained but there was no satisfactory result. At present the ac is not working as it should. I and my family is facing a lot of problems. The purpose of buying this ac is in vain if i can’t use it when required.in this unwanted situation, i would humbly request you to make some arrangements to replace this defective unit with a new one as soon as possible. I am also facing the same issue and I am really fed up with their services. They have changed the PCB ciruit, Added extra gas and now they are saying to change the motherboards of main machine and split. Just wanted to know is your issue completely fixed ???
