Purchased hitachi merai 3100x inverter ac last year, & since then it was not providing effective cooling. Registered complain to hitachi service support, their technician visited & shared that there is no issue.
This year problem of no cooling intensified & i have again reported the same to hitachi through service request no. [protected]. Many time their technician visited (Hitachi does not have their technician, they have given their service contract to local vendors who provides service in behalf of hitachi), and they were unable to find the root cause. They do not even had a know how to check the different components of ac.
Each time they have said that different parts of a. C. Is under break-down.
They also brought the part (Pcb & blower motor) for replacement, but these parts were not sealed & not identified that they belong to hitachi.
I have checked with hitachi service center (Toll-free no.) & i was informed that from the local vendor (With service contract) has not given any order of replacement parts & it was also not updated that there is a need to change the parts (Though the complaint was older than a month).
I have also escalated my concern to manager, service hitachi, but no proper action has been taken.
I require a complete replacement of my ac and also the compensation. Was this information helpful? |
Please send someone from Hitachi ( service engineer/ trainer), who has good knowledge of troubleshooting. And he may be able to check the fault in PCB and in indoor DC motor unit.
