Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Split ac faulty installation | |||
This complaint is about the poor customer service & customer exploitation by Hitachi. My Hitachi split AC was installed by Hitachi technicians on 5-Sep-2014. The outdoor unit (OU) started making noise last week. The technician told me that I had a faulty installation of the outdoor unit due to which the fan blade is broken. He recommended to replace the fan motor also (not sure why). This cost me Rs. 4600. Hitachi customer care refused to bear this expence or provide any discount even though the problem was due to wrong installation by their technicians as proved by the report of their technician as well (attached).
