[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Split air conditioner | |||
Pathetic customer care to resolve the issue of non cooling in a brand new split ac which was bought in november 2016 and has been giving continuous problems after the same was switched on in the summers. Logged in call 3 times - first on 18th may then on 27th may. Both times shah air conditioner unable to resolve the issue and complaint closed while problems comes back again in 2 days of not cooling. Third time customer compliant filed on 6th june. The call is again given to shah air conditioner and they have been unable to identify the problem and keep saying they will come back next day as nitrogen gas is finished or some other tools/equipment they are not carrying.
