I had logged a breakdown request # [protected] on 24 may 2020. Till date there is no resolution received either from the customer care or the service center.
Whenever i call service center they tell me that they have not received the replacement of faulty part and don't have any idea by when it will be fixed.
Already wrote to multiple times.
I have already written mails multiple times to [protected]@jci-hitachi.com but no response received till now.
Please look into the matter as it's already more than three months
