Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Worst Vrf Ac units

Danish Mahajan, JAMMU It's been 5+ years for us installed fully centralised unit of Hitachi in our Home but from Day 1 we have hardly used the Ac as it never work's in the peak season. It's the 3rd time they are saying the gas has been leaked and not able to find the Damage. I have changed around 10 to 15 PCB which costs us 8000+ each Approx. Again this summer our AC are shut and i have been saying them to do something from last month. This time they gave us a bill of rupees 30, 000 for 2 pcb and 1 stone kinda plate. They just visit our place don't know what they check and leave suddenly saying it's a free man's work. It's so frustrating, earlier also when we purchased the unit's that installed it after two year's of purchasing because they never sent any Team to our Office.
