[Resolved] Hitachi — No service after commitment | |||
I have purchased 1.5 ton 3 star hitachi ac last year. Currently my remote is not working. I have registered my complain on 15/05/2017 and hitachi committed me that within 48 hours their technical team will visit. But even after this is 5th day and many follow ups i have taken, no body visited. Hitachi people are heartless as i already said them that i have 6 month old baby and we can not stay in this heat waves. Even after this request no body is answering. Please help me. And in future please do not go with hitachi. I strongly suggest do not go with them as they do not know values of commitment. Was this information helpful? | |||
