I have purchased window AC model RAWKUD(3 Star) 1.5 T from Vijaya Sales Alkapuri Branch Baroda Gujarat my code is [protected] on 06/07/2012 and paid entire amount through debit card under transaction no 92050862 on 06/07/2012 and took the delivery on same date.
I have been told by Vijaya sales that Installation engineer will come to your house for installation and demo. However inspite of several reminder, nobody has turned up from Hitachi's for installation.
Please note that in these days Baroda is very hot and simply i am suffering with unbearable heat therefore, I have paid the money to hitachi and bought AC so that I can sleep comfortably.
Now, I have fed-up with the behaviour of your local service centre and I hereby notify to Hitachi that due to non-performance on the part of Hitachi I am not able to use the equipment for which entire amount has been paid hence Hitachi Limited is liable to pay damage equivalent to the price of the equipment with- in 7 days from the date of this notice otherwise I will file a suit against Hitachi in Consumer court.
