Hitachi — Poor Service and Poor product quality

Hi. I bought Hitachi AC and have registered for Service for the same. Its almost been 3 days there is no executive or the technician as I was facing problem with the AC. This is not the first time. Last time as well i had to complain at 4 times only then executive came. Also there is some fault with the AC but no one has come to address the issue. Pathetic service and poor product quality. Not at all satisfied with Hitachi. If company cares about their customers I dont think I would be writing this mail and asking them to come and fix my AC.
