Hitachi — Refrigerator - 2 door 300 LTR not working

I have a Hitachi Refrigerator since 2008. Few months back, the compressor gave away. After tremendous follow up, the compressor was replaced after 35 days of complaint. Since a week, as it appears, the new compressor has again failed. I am really amazed at the performance of Hitachi customer support group. I am based in Mathura, (UP). I am hopeful that Hitachi will at least respond to this complaint.
