[Resolved]  Hitachi — Refrigerator Ice Making Issue

I had purchased Hitachi refrigerator with unit serial number [protected]. Registered mobile number being [protected]. My first complain was registered around June second week for the problem. Unskilled technicians from the Chennai branch had visited us and taken the fridge for one week to their workshop telling gas leakage. I got the fridge and the problem still continued, so raised repeated complains and sent mails to the customer care department. Till date the problem is not solved. Every time a technician comes and says this spare is to be replaced and charges the bill on me. The following are the list of bills: 7th June 2014 - Bill No. 25731 10th Juny 2014 - Bill No. 26495 and 26496 30th July 2014 - Bill No. 27116 13th Aug 2014 - Bill No. 27677 In spite of repeated complains till date the problem is not solved. They have been changing the spares on trial and error basis and charging the amount on me. I have already paid almost 5-6K regarding this issue. Request you to kindly get the complain resolved.
