Most unprofessional and idiotic workshop technicians of hitachi.
I want to talk to any of the very senior and serious official of hitachi.
Your customer care team and all the workshop technicians are just taking the call casually and unable to understand the problem.
I have been calling hitachi since long
My window ac has cooling issue. I called up ahitachi technician in july for the same, he convinced us for mac, without even informaing that the amc will start only after 45 days.
We again called up the customer care fer 45 days of amc, for which thrice our call get cancelled, giving fake reasons (No one even bothered to call us), finally after so much of calling and wasting time, two people came on 5th september, and did servicing of our ac (4th time since june 2020). And assured us that there will be no problem. But the cololing problem remained the same. We kept on calling them but no answer and then again a call was logged, which again got cancelled with fake reason.
Then on 9th september another technician came and told us that the coil is having problem, we will do it at your premises and rectify the issue, again when i called up today they are unprofessionally saying that they will take the ac to workshoop only.
I am not in favour of that as they themself said at my place that the ac will be repaired at home only.
