Hitachi — Very bad service

We have bought Hitachi Split AC on june 2014. Within a 2 month we are facing the issue of water leakage and ac is not working at all. Dealer telling that its now company responsibility and hitachi customer care is not responding well. After logging complaint their is no technician come till now. After calling customer care again they respond like your problem is resolved from our end.my complaint no is [protected] .Please resolve my issue. My no is [protected].
