Hello I want to register my complaint against your product;HITACHI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER which i bought last year on 29th JUNE, 2014. I bought Hitachi Air Conditioner & from the very first day itself it is creating trouble.There is consistent problem of WATER DRIPPING from indoor unit of the Split AC.I have taken your customer service thrice before but the problem still exists.I think there is certainly some manufacturing defect in your product.So, i wish to replace my product as soon as possible because it is creating very much trouble & the product is still under warranty. My experience with Hitachi is not at all satisfactory and i am also very disappointed with your customer service; pathetic customer service. Thankyou
