Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we are not getting tap water for the last four months. Our complaint Number is 221 of Feb.2015. Though we have personally contacted the concerned Water Works Department/Section several times, contacted over phone more than twenty times, and also given written complaint to all concerned on 10th April, 2015, it is of no avail. We are regularly getting water through tankers by paying huge money. We are also paying Water Bill every month though we are not getting water.
