[Resolved] HMWSSB — Insufficient Water Supply

I am writing to complain about the never ending water supply issues we have been facing for several years now. Usually water is supplied once in two days for just 45 minutes or less (with very low pressure) which is not sufficient. Due to the shortage of water we are facing several difficulties on a daily basis. This is a perennial problem hence I am forced to escalate this issue. Every other day we have to book water tankers. Many online complaints to the water board earlier have not yielded any result. I request you to look into this serious issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I am a resident of H.no 17-1-420/3 sankeswar bazar and in our colony the water supply is badly effected as the line is opening at 8.30 am and closes by 9.00 am due to which we are not getting drinking water hence I request you to instruct the lineman to supply water atleast for 1 hour .
