[Resolved]  HMWSSB — Its been 3yrs: Water connection not given

Dear Sir,

I'm from Sainikpuri, Secunderabad.

I have applied for water connection in the year 2011, and I have done all the related payment but the HMWSSB have failed to give us water connection till date. This is one of the MOST horrible service. I have gone to the concerned area authorities for years now and I have never found any of the officers in there place for solving this issue in 3 years now. Every time i call their number and they say i'm out will check and get back to you, which they don't. Can you kindly look into this and do the needful As soon as possible. I would really appriciate if this can be solved soon.

Hello Sir,

I was notified that " HMWSSB customer support has been notified about the posted complaint." on Jul 11, 2014.
Today is July 28, 2014, till today no one has got in touch with me on the issue.
Can you please look into this and speed up the issue and help in solving the issue, as soon as possible.
