On 12th Nov 2021 on a conversation with Mr Varun Agarwal, the tap geyser was purchased being made in India by my mother, Mrs Padmashri Patil. The individual immediately delivered the product and said it was easy to install. My mother is a senior citizen residing alone and running pillar to post for a plumber and then electrician to get it installed. (No help from Mr Agarwal) she has paid the technicians 600 each in cash. the product did not work upon installation, the same was conveyed to Mr Agarwal and he said he stated in 2 days he will have it picked but no refund. we waited and called him then he started raising his voice on me and my mother. My mother then went to his shop and return the product and asked to give a new one or refund the money, till date he has not given the refund. When called upon, he states he is in Lucknow and cant do anything, this is harassment to senior citizen women and non-compliance by the seller. I want this man to refund our money at the earliest, please. He has harassed us enough for a defective product. Attached are the return receipt and gpay receipt for reference. Please assist.
