Home Loan — Overcharged

My homeloan with HDFC Ltd was going on. I intended to make part prepayment and requested on email to share their bank account details to arrange RTGS since during lockdown all were working from home. Several times I requested them to share me the account details but did not helped me with the same. Instead they came with excuses that when office starts we will get it done. Finally, after continously followup on 22nd May 2020 they shared me the details and I immediately arranged RTGS. I lost arround 33000 on emi interest which I could had saved if I was allowed to make payment on 1et April as I had sent first email on 30th March 2020. Sir, it is an hard money which I intended during this lockdown due to the crises of salary cut down and also no proper salary. It was a night mare and everyone will think of getting the burden light from the liability, especially from the loan. I had similar intention also. Now I asked them to waive of the emi interest of that period (55 days) but not entertaining it. I brought it to consumer forum but nothing is done. Sir, please help me to get my money back as it is a huge amount for me. Everyone were working from home even myself but work was going on. This does not giving reason for not allowing to make prepayment if someone wants to get his burden lighter. Sir, please I need justice for my plea. I had taken loan from HDFC LTD, Mira Road branch, Thane Dist, Maharashtra.
