Honda 2 Wheelers India — Activa 6g self start is not responding even the vehicle is not starting by back kick

I have purchased activa 6g 1 year before. After 6 months it was stopped in the middle of the road. I took the vehicle to the service center and they said there is no issue. Today it is not taking self start not even the back kick. It's really a bad product
