My name is Jitendra kumar saini . My bike SP 125 no. Is RJ02BV8339 got accident on 7th March 2022 and submitted for repair at Sub dealer “Baba Shri Sukhdev Honda ”, Mundawar, Alwar – 301407 . As per their communication they have already raised the parts/material requirement on 9th March 2022 to the concern team or department but till the date no material received. I am also continuously taking follow ups regarding my bike but every time I am getting the same reply that “We don’t have the parts to repair and we have already mail but till the date no parts received . Also we don’t know that when we will receive the material/parts”.
Now please tell me that where should I have to go for the solution even your dealer don’t have the information regarding material. As Honda is a big brand but I this I did the mistake that I purchased the Bike from Honda.
I have also raised the complaint today with complaint id[protected] .
Kindly understand my problem that its 22nd day from 9th that I didn’t get my bike from your service center. I have also attached the parts list for your reference.
Today i again called to service center but same reply received but when i called to customer care they told me that parts has been to the service center.
Really disappointed form your service response.
