Hi, I am Rufus Shyam from Hyderabad. I bought Honda highness CB350 on the 20th of April this year. On 21st May 2022 I gave the bike for 1st service. I gave a complaint about brake pads making noise. They said it was dust, nothing would happen. But after 2 months the brake pads wore off and started making noises. Today I went to the service centre at HONDA BIG WING, Kukatpally branch, Hyderabad, Telangana. The staff were so rude and said it was my fault and my driving was terrible. On average I drive for 25kms only and that too on a clean & good road. I rode my bike only 2462km when I went to the service centre today. No bike brake pads will wear off after 2.5 months and that too a 2462km distance. I am so disappointed in the HONDA service, I have spent 2.43 lakhs for the bike this is what I get?. They charged me Rs.1099 and the staff were so rude. Please take this complaint into consideration. I don't want this kind of behaviour from the staff and service is terrible.
