I went to Honda service center, Angamaly Kerala for checking the abnormal sound from my Hornet 160R bike. Due to lockdown, they requested to leave the bike there for checking.
Today is the 73rd day, still Honda technical team unable to find the root cause. They dismantled the entire engine and now informed that need to dismantle some other parts for which they don't have the proper tools.
I raised a complaint on the official Honda website and called multiple times, send reminders but nobody is able to resolve my issue.
My bike is completed only 24000KM. Now it is very pathetic to see the bike condition at the Honda service center.
I am stuck, what should I do?
