I Amit Arvind Doiphde from Pune Maharashtra would like to inform you that I purchased SP 125 BIKE from AERO Wheels Pune Dhankawadi Pune 411043 on 07.10.2023.But there is a lot of problem in your bike. Last time on 20.10.2023, I complained about the tire of the bike. No complaint, check the mail on[protected]. I also went to your aero wheels pune dealer they denied their responsibility instead they chased me away using abusive and bad words and using strong language at that time they did not do any inspection of my bike and did not listen to my problem.After that I complained to honda bike customer after that I got a call from aero wheels dealer main branch and came to know about your problem but at that time I bought a new tire and got it done at my own cost.That's why I needed their help and the official of aero wheels dealer requested me to withdraw the complaint and assured me that we will solve any problem with your bike in future.As it was festival I withdrew my complaint but after that they asked but no and didn't take my call as I wanted to take bike aero wheels service center for servicing.But they did not cooperate so I got the bike serviced by my mechanic
Since 03.03.2024 my bike doesn't start with button start when I showed it to my mechanic he said that the battery is bad.When I called aero service center at that time and mentioned this problem, they said that they will send a mechanic, but today it's been 4 days, they didn't call and their mechanic didn't come, If aero wheels have such a service and duplicate parts then why should we pay so much money to buy a Honda bike.When I asked the dealer, he said that I am complaining to the Honda company as a liability of the Honda company
If it is not even 6 months since you bought the bike, if you are having this problem, how do I know how many problems you still have with this bike? The bike is still 6 months old and you will also give up your responsibility
If the dealer is holding Honda company responsible then I request Honda company to take back the scrap bike with bad parts you sold me and refund me my amount.
I bought a paid bike from you and I can't pay for the bike with your defective parts out of my pocket so you should take your bike and give me my money back.
I am only giving you 2 days time after which I will file complaint in consumer court and also file complaint in current paper and social media.This time I will not withdraw the complaint until my problem is resolved
