I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of Silencer supplied in my Unicorn BSVI TN85 M 2921 which was bought less than an year ago. Ever since I had handed over my Vehicle for the first service I was highlighting this rusting issue of Silencer from long past, but every time the service team of Surya Honda located at Chennai, Tamilnadu, India convinced me with some explanations which I feel now being cheated, since the colleagues of mine have bought the same Vehicles with no observations of rusting in silencer and the quality being great for them even after 2 years of Purchase.
Surya Honda is making false statements against defect observations and are not even registering the complaints against defective parts. In this regard I had raised a complaint with the ticket no.[protected] on 11th Dec which was then again biased with false promises of Surya Honda. This defect of spotted rust being highlighted from Day-1 of purchase is still not recorded anywhere even in service history with a strong bias to avoid a claim. With the entire family o[censored]s relying on the quality of Honda with 5 other Vehicles of Activa, Dio from Honda is resembling a reliable trust of our family on the quality of Honda, however these false promises are shaking our trust towards Honda, which I felt can be resolved easily. I request the team to take this issue and replace my silencer at the earliest possible, else with no other option of dealing this case legally in customer court. Request the issue to be dealt favorably please.
