This is Nagina Sonal Meshram, we bought Activa 6G from Sudarshan Honda, Nagpur last year. But unfortunately we are very regretting after purchasing this vehicle. Because, when we purchase this vehicle the dealer had provided the faulty stand of the vehicle at that time also we have to suffer a lot. After first service of the vehicle within three months my vehicle gets stucking (stop) repeatedly. Once we were very far away from the city and the vehicle again started the same problem and there is no connectivity and no mechanical person near to solve the problem. That time we also had to face a lot of problems because of this vehicle. Many times we get late to the office. We have took the vehicle with this fault to the service center and but the serviceman also failed to recognized the fault after keeping this vehicle 2 days in the service center and temporarily solution they have given and again the same problem we are facing.
We have purchase this vehicle to make our life easier but unfortunately it becomes headache.
Now, whenever we plan to get out with this vehicle we are afraid that it might get stuck in between and then what we do in that situation. Again if we take it to service center they we have to pay the service amount despite no fault of ours.
Now, we are requested to kindly look into the matter and give solution on it as we have get the faulty vehicle from Honda. So make the arrangement to solve our problem or return back our hard earn money. Was this information helpful? |
