Honda 2 Wheelers India — I am not able to get duplicate invoice

Dear Sir/Mam,

I need a help on urgent basis, I have purchased a Honda Stunner GJ01JP3413 and I have got NOC also from Ahmedabad Gujarat,

when I am doing transfer to Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh at own name then he want invoice of Honda stunner but I have purchased vehicle from second owner and he has no invoice,

One thing is that we are not able to contact with first owner of vehicle or dealer of sale of bike,

I request you please help to me for ownership transfer and please help to get a invoice within two days,

I can give all the clarification or declaration regarding if you want,
