I have purchased Honda CB Shine from Shoolini Honda Solan's outlet branch Shimla, which was registered on dated 11.08.2020 at RTO Shimla.
On dated 04.08.2022 when i was on the way to my native village, approximately at 8.00 PM my bike was suddenly stop working . Then in emeregecy I call a local mechanic, but he could not resolve my problem. Next day I brought my bike to my nearest service center located at Shimla. My problem could not be resolved at Shimla service center. Then they send my bike to Shoolini Honda Solan.
I have called so many times and not received any positive response from Solan till date. They told me that there is a problem in ECM system of my bike and ECM system is not available in Honda Company.
I get frustrated and suffered a lot since a long time. I thought Honda company is a reliable and provide good service for their customer but I was totally wrong, I was served by a pathetic service.
