Honda 2 Wheelers India — Poor quality of seat and bad quality of seat lock and hook of Honda activa 6G

In the recent past i had purchased 2 Honda activa 2 wheelers and i am facing lots of problems with regards to seat lock. Even after rectified by the dealer, the problem still exists by which i am unable to keep the documents safe in the box under the deat. Honda has not done the required research and development before sale and most of the customers are facing this problem.
