Dear Honda Customer Service Team,
I am a Customer of Honda Activa 6G125, I Purchased this Scooter on 25th October 2020 from Sangam Honda Sahibabad. I Ensured for timely services and routine checkups from the Authorised service center at Sangam Honda only.
We had Heavy rain in the NCR region at the start of this month and during that time my scooter was parked in Society parking and I was Shocked to see that There is moisture in the Headlight, Talelight, Indicators and Meter. After the rain I Visited Sangam Honda service center on 11th October 2022 at 5:00 PM and technician inspected the vehicle and confirmed that he will update me on timing to get it corrected by next day.
Next afternoon (12th Aug) I got the call that your Scooter is being rectified and you can pick it, When I reached at service center I was Shocked to see that-
1)Except Cleaning of headlight no any problem was attended
2)No one from the workshop Inspected the vehicle before delivery
I was very much unhappy seeing such an unprofessional approach. When I called Service Manager Mr.Sanjay Sharma to witness the Vehicle and he accepted and assured me that he will raise HCR tomorrow morning and will try to close my issue in the next 3 days.
Also He confirmed the next day that HCR was raised.
Today again when I checked for progress with Mr. Sanjay Sharma he confirmed that HCR is rejected.
I would like to escalate here that My Scooter is under warranty and I am not getting my Scooter corrected and I don't know whom to approach.
What is the escalation matrix in Honda Scooter with mail id and Contact no.
