Honda 2 Wheelers India — Regarding my new bike engine abnormal sound

I bought new bike Honda sp 125 on 19th nov 2023 . And my bike ran very smoothly when I purchased. But after completing one month on 18th dec 2023, abnormal sound came in bike engine. And then immediately I went to Honda showroom VD auto wheels . He checked and suggested to go service station. Then I went there on 19th dec. 2023.
He checked and kept my bike in his service station. And till now service station person not responding good behaviour and told me we don't have engineer too completely check and correct the engine abnormal sound. And also yesterday nobody picked up my call in service station.
So I'm very disappointed for all these, I'm working private job and going to daily approx 50km .
