I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by Vah Auto Pvt. Ltd. in Meerut, U.P. I recently purchased a Honda Activa Deluxe (engine no. JK15EG5027863) from your dealership on 19th March 2023. During the purchase process, I was given a quote for insurance from HDFC ERGO, which was priced at INR 6214. However, the papers for the insurance were not handed over to me at that time, and I was asked to collect them later.
Upon receiving the insurance papers, I was shocked to discover that I had been provided insurance from Chola MS instead, which was priced at INR 1392 less than the initially quoted price. When I approached the dealership about this discrepancy, the dealer denied the facts and did not stand by his words. Furthermore, his tone was also not appropriate, which only added to my frustration.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be provided with a different insurance policy than what was initially quoted to me. I trusted your dealership and paid the quoted price for the insurance policy, only to be provided with a lower-priced policy without my consent. This is a clear breach of trust and professionalism, and I demand immediate action to be taken to rectify this situation.
