Honda 2 Wheelers India — The business of robbing customers

I have a Honda bike with headlights off. If Honda does not give warranty / guarantee of lamps with show room then should they give bike switch for light on / off so as not to annoy the customers I see the answer that Why did the Honda showroom owner stop giving Swiss? One question is if a person goes to Bike Rhythm at night then the lights go off and if there is an accident then who will take the responsibility and keep changing the lamps to the customers from month to month.
