Honda 2 Wheelers India — Undue delay in procuring spare parts of Honda Dio despite taking advance of 1000/- since six months

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have requested for spare parts of Honda Dio from Srinivasa Honda, Warangal.
We have given an advance of ₹1000/- and ordered the spare parts in Oct 2021.
Since then, We have been requesting the Show room regularly at an interval of 10 days about procuring the spare parts.
Everytime, They have always informed us to wait for 10 days.
In this way, they have wasted our time and money for more than 6 months.
Now, they informed us that the spare parts are not being manufactured.

I request you to take up my issue on priority and get the spare parts of Honda Dio.

Please donot compel me to approach Consumer court and other grievance redressal channels, to get my complaint resolved.
The advance bill of ₹1000/- displaying the spare parts is provided herewith for your ready reference.
