[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycles And Scooters India Pvt. Ltd. — Engine problem @ 2531 kms

Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I am a owner of Honda CB SHINE
(RED) and my name is Nuruzzaman Mallick.I purchased this bike on
20/03/2014.
(Engine no: JC36E73314377 and Chassis no:
ME4JC36JBE7812796.Registration number: WB 42 AA 1617). The first
servicing date of the bike was on 19/04/2014 but I have done it on
10/05/2014 clocking at 450 kms as I was out of state for my exams.It
was done inadvertantly from my end. Sorry to say the authorised dealer
M/S UNIQUE HONDA (G.T ROAD, NABABHAT, BURDWAN-713101, WEST BENGAL)
cancelled my first service and they counted it as a second service.
But after full check up of engine and changing the engine oil, I
noticed that the bike is emitting a lot of smoke and the engine is
also cranking a bit. Then I went to showroom and told the Service
manager about the problem. He told me to change the engine and you
have to pay a sum of Rs:-4400/- for it(It may be higher if required).
I am deprived from the response, because my bike is under warranty
period and it is just of 119 days. So why should I pay for?? Service
manager also misguided me that the warranty of your bike has got void.
I need to change my bikes engine under warranty period because I don't
think that within 2531 kms the engine of a 125 cc bike can damage like
this way. As a student I am feeling hopeless on HONDA after sales
service. I will be highly obliged if you kindly help me in this regard
as soon as possible.
