[Resolved]  Honda — My two wheeler runned for 16000km for the last three years, now the muthoot hond kochi team raised so many complaints

My name is sreelakshmi, residing in kochi, kerala.in 2019 i was impressed with the quality of your two wheelers and bought activa 5g, on 14 september 2019.

I completed all the free services provided by the team, i paid two more services paid by me.

Vehicle is now three year and run for 16000 kms only.

I am a cancer patient and did not use my two wheeler harshly and did not have long drives as a boy.

Now, last week i went to the service department for usual checking and servicing, i was planning to complain about the indicator issue and self-starting issue after the recent servicing from muthoot honda kochi, kerala on december 2022. But after checking they saying that my vehicle has so many issues now like (Attached the document).

1. Rear brake shoe
2. Head gasket
3. Gear side oil leak
4. Clutch bearing
5. Rear tyre
6 air filter etc...

Now i want to know that ; what is this? Is this vehicle only for 3 year use, not even running more than 16k, still looking like a second hand vehicle.
Better to buy a new one from another company instead of paying a lot in this one. I am not going to a local workshop and paying any penny.

Kindly help me. I am personally not happy about the customer service of the muthoot honda kochi.
Paid more than one lakh for the vehicle which is not even for 3 year use.

My name is Sreelakshmi, residing in Kochi, kerala. in 2019 I was impressed with the quality of your two wheelers and bought ACTIVA 5G, on 14 September 2019. i completed all the free services provided by the team(+extra charges paid by me) also, i paid two more services (total 7 services in 3 year) . VEHICLE IS NOW THIRD YEAR AND RUN FOR 16000 KMS ONLY. I am a patient and did not use my two wheeler harshly and did not have long drives as a boy. Now, last week I went to the service department for usual checking and servicing, i was planning to complain about the indicator issue and self-starting issue after the recent servicing from Muthoot honda Kochi, kerala on December 2022. (that time it was 12000km) nothing was mentioned more than the oil change. but in the last servicing, after checking they saying that my vehicle has so many issues now like (attached the document). have to fix the issue by paying 8000 above. 1. REAR BRAKE SHOE 2. HEAD GASKET 3. GEAR SIDE OIL LEAK 4. CLUTCH BEARING 5. REAR TYRE 6 AIR FILTER etc... why this vehicle has this much issue 16k kms. did they havent done good servicing so far? is this a manufacturing defect? why the mechanics not checked it thoroughly last time. or this vehicle only for 3 year use, not even running more than 16k, still looking like a second hand vehicle. i paid almost 1.5 lac to the vehicle and paid extra charges for every services. better to buy a new one from another company instead of paying a lot in this one. I am not going to a local workshop and paying any penny. Kindly help me. I am personally not happy about the customer service of the Muthoot Honda Kochi. again again i have to go to them for new issues . only paying money nothing in back. now my vehicle is in bad condition. i am going to file a complaint in consumer rights. i lost my money and time.
